less
Display a file or pipeline one screen at a time
Usage: less [list-of-files]
Standard Input: Used only if no list-of-files is given
Standard Output: Used to display results

Note
less is not available on most commercial UNIX systems.
Prompt at end of each screen is line XXX.
Useful commands after you are in less:
h displays a help menu.
space or f or Ctrl+f goes to next page.
b or Ctrl+b goes to preceding page.
G goes to last page.
1G goes to the first page.
nf goes forward n pages.
nb goes backward n pages.
nG goes to line n.
/string goes to next occurrence of that string.
n repeats the preceding search. ...
