Websites only form one part of a user’s online journey. We’ve frequently talked about providing multiple ways for customers to access information and complete tasks online, but this concept equally applies to communication on the Web, and away from it as well.

We will start by talking about emails. Over 111 billion personal emails are sent and received each day.1 Thanks to their sheer volume, and the fact that they are coded similarly to websites, they deserve special attention.
