GENERATING AND RESPONDING TO PATTERNS
In complex adaptive human systems, individuals and situations interact in interdependent, responsive, and adaptive ways. The degree of interdependence, both internal and external to the system, determines how responsive and adaptive the total system remains. Through this process of responding and adapting, the system finds its most productive and appropriate “fit” in a volatile and challenging landscape.
