I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Burke’s Change Model for Leaders of Change
Burke (2002) reviewed the change process. In doing so, he posited what might be regarded as the seeds for evolving the action research model. What is exciting about this new view is that it gets away from the traditional action research model, which implicitly describes any change process as functioning as a drawn out and somewhat simplistic process.
Unfortunately, recent experience suggests that so many change efforts are going on at the same time in many organizations that a linear change approach no longer works.
