Prepared with a model that provides guidelines on assessment, action planning, and implementation, an understanding of the purpose of these important aspects of the OD process, a sound change philosophy to guide and provide consistency to your thinking and choices, ideas about how to understand organizations, and a one-page description of the fundamentals of what it takes to build a successful organization, the OD practitioner is now ready to begin the assessment process.
