This book is the product of many smart people who do this work. Some of these people led the way for me (thanks for that), some of these people have been following me on this journey (you know I could be going in the wrong direction), and some of these people have walked beside me (nothing better than a good argument). All of them have made an important difference to the way I think about the new view of human performance. The interesting part of working with Human and Organizational Performance programs for the last 15 years is just how much of a journey it has been.
