Pre-Production Considerations

After we have gone through the major design steps, understand the audience, objective, budget, and have a script, we conduct our first actual “production” meeting with the key people. This will be the first of a series of meetings that will define the deadlines, resources, production approach or “look” of the program, special logistics, schedules, crew information, talent arrangements and special shooting, lighting and sound requirements. We will review the script (if it is complete) with the production team, and review schedules.
