Solving Interlacing Problems
You can solve most interlacing problems by choosing the appropriate field option in the Keyframe and Rendering panel of the appropriate Settings dialog box (Capture, Project, or Export Movie; Figure 18.10). Select the field dominance that matches your footage or recording device; select None if your footage isn’t interlaced.
