Chapter 15. Creating Output
At the beginning of the editing process, you asked yourself, “What is my final output goal?” Now it’s time to deliver.
If your computer can capture video (via IEEE 1394, USB 2, or other device), you can output the completed sequence directly from the timeline to a video camera or videotape recorder. However, for many, DVD has become the viewing format of choice.
In Premiere CS3, Adobe has changed the DVD workflow, allowing you to export the timeline directly into Encore CS3, Adobe’s popular DVD creation and burning software. Encore CS3 is now bundled with Premiere CS3, and the interaction between the two has never been better.
