Why it’s important to be calm

Adrenaline and anxiety are the cause of many symptoms of bad presentations. Adrenaline is the hormone that makes your heart beat faster, your mouth go dry, your palms sweat, your stomach drop and your feet go cold. It has one major job: to limit your ability to make slow, rational decisions and to prepare your body to survive imminent physical danger. It also limits your ability to remember anything that is outside of survival.
