Some time ago I was invited to give a series of workshops for the senior management of a pharmaceutical company. I showed them the way to structure their information logically in a pyramid structure and demonstrated how this technique can be applied in practice. One of the participants asked me if I could help him to draw a structure chart for his own job, which – I had to admit – was extremely complex.
