Let me end the book by returning to the beginning. In the Preface, I recounted an industry event I attended in Bangalore where a young entrepreneur asked me, “What changes have you seen in presentations over your years in business, and what changes have you had to make in your process?”
My response to him then is the same today: “It’s still the same old story.”
