Iterate, Iterate, Iterate!

Abstract

Getting our assumptions out on the table (whether to align the internal teams or to engage with external stakeholders) is necessary but not sufficient. Our first engagement with users will likely raise more questions than answers. To get the most out of PrD, we must move through the cycle multiple times. Iterating is key to design and a fundamental aspect of agile software development. PrD is a little different: We iterate in service of exploring the problem space as opposed to refining the solution.
