5. Creating Effects In-Camera

WHILE I ENJOY the creativity and flexibility Photoshop brings to my photography, I find that too often we rely on the software to achieve what we should have done in the camera. I wonder if we’ve forgotten what is possible with a variety of camera techniques that perhaps some of us, raised in a Photoshop world, never learned.

An important part of “Preventive Photoshop” is remembering what’s best done in the camera and what’s best done in Photoshop.
