HOW DOES A LEADER create resonance in an organization that is sustained over time? It’s a challenge, but it can be done by ensuring that the entire fabric of the enterprise is interwoven with emotionally intelligent leadership. After all, if it takes emotionally intelligent leadership to create resonance in an organization, then the more such leaders there are, the more powerful that transformation will become.
