UI development in Android is fun. It's fun because it's relatively easy. With Android, we have a simple-to-understand framework with a limited set of out-of-the-box controls. The available screen area is generally limited. Android also takes care of a lot of the heavy lifting normally associated to designing and building quality UIs.
