You saw in the previous chapter how to integrate your Android Flash application with the native software services provided by the Android OS. In this chapter, you will learn how to make use of the hardware sensors included in Android-powered devices. By the end of this chapter, you will be able to capture sound, images, and video; tap into geolocation services to read the device's location; and read accelerometer data to determine the orientation of the device—all from within your Flash application.
