In the previous chapters, we learned how to create bots and integrate them with various cognitive services provided by Microsoft to make them smarter. This bot can run on multiple channels; it’s not Teams specific yet. In this chapter, we are going to make our bot Teams aware and let it interact even more with our users in Teams. I do have to warn you; this path is very user-friendly in Teams, but we are going to decrease the usability of the bot in other channels significantly.
