Enterprise Manager (EM) is Oracle's graphical user interface (GUI) product for monitoring and administering an Oracle software environment. The first version of the Enterprise Manager family took the form of a Microsoft Windows client-based application installed on the DBA's PC. The second version was implemented as a Java-client application, installable on a number of operating systems, including Linux.
