Chapter 18. Using Administrative Tools
This chapter describes how to administer RAC databases using three tools: Enterprise Manager (EM), SRVCTL, and SQL*Plus. This chapter is not intended to be an in-depth examination of these tools, as each is worthy of a book in its own right. Rather, we aim to describe the capabilities of each tool and illustrate its use in various administrative tasks.
