Visio Services
Visio Services exist as another service application in SharePoint 2010 and allow users to view Visio drawings in SharePoint 2010 sites, without needing the Visio Office Application installed locally.
Visio Services are not just about providing a view of Visio diagrams in the browser. With this service application installed, users can create Visio diagrams that map to live data in lists. I will cover the specifics of this use of Visio Services later in this section. I detail the configuration of the Visio Graphics Service and promoting Visio Drawings to SharePoint 2010 shortly.
