As you have seen thus far, the purpose of this book is to introduce concepts and practices that are commonly found in BI solutions. We have organized the process of creating a BI solution into eight steps and we are finally approaching the end of these. The practice of testing and tuning constitutes the next step in our process. This arguably is the most important step, because a BI solution is worthless if it is not functioning properly.
