11.3. RadAjaxLoadingPanel
This control was created to provide a visual indicator during AJAX requests. It has a smart tag window for design-time support in which you can set the four main properties (shown in Figure 11-8):
Is sticky: This property defines where the loading panel will appear. By default this property is set to false, meaning it will appear over the updated control. When set to true, it will appear where it was defined in the page.
