CHAPTER 8Real-Life Example
This final chapter shows a real-life example of how I have helped a customer implement an ALM solution on VSTS. The example does not show implementation of all the ALM practices, but illustrates how you can use the assessment tools to implement an ALM process on VSTS.
This example is compiled from a collection of experiences from several projects. The events described here are an amalgam of those from several real enterprises. Although this chapter's example is real, some of the reports are not from actual projects, because I needed to maintain client confidentiality.
