The examples in this book are written to work with as many versions of SAS as possible. There are some procedures and attributes that weren’t available before SAS 9.3, and there are also differences between SAS 9.2 and previous versions. There are workarounds to get the examples in this book to work with other versions of SAS. Those methods are outlined here.
