Abstract
This paper presents a new method to determine optimal traffic routing for telecommunication networks in a self-organizing way by means of an adaptive neural mapping. A traffic routing with minimal loss such as expected delay and other functions of traffic, is attained. The method can be effectively applied in large-scale communication networks.
