One of the most important issues for businesses these days is the ability to create new structures and processes with minimal effort, that is, to achieve business agility [SW03]. There are many reasons why business agility becomes increasingly important:

  • Businesses must deal with their customers’ expectations for more services and less time needed for performing existing services.
