Pat, you are over-filling the bearing housing! Your oiler glass levels are full! Corrective action is needed at once!

Look to your Oiler Glass level, man! They’re too full! The bearing housing oil level is much too high!
Actually they’re not. They’re mostly empty. I mean, the bearing housing is more empty than full, Bob!
The optimum lube oil level, as I learned at LSU, is up to the bottom ...
