Chapter 6. Applying the Models to Development

6.1. Overview

We have now described systems, the system development process, and ways to model both. What remains is to describe the practical application of these models to actual systems, which is the primary focus of this book. In Part II, we present a comprehensive case study that illustrates this practical application, but first, in this chapter, we introduce simpler illustrations of the fundamental concepts.

Briefly, to summarize what we have seen so far,
