Roles

Roles identify who performs the tasks in a workflow. Roles must be described in sufficient detail to provide instruction for those who carry out the workflow. It is important to understand the difference between roles and other constructs, such as jobs and teams. In addition, the involvement of roles with tasks vary based on their duties.
