The quality environment encompasses the roles that make up the project, and the quality team within the project, as discussed in the previous section. However, a quality environment is more than just a collection and structure of roles. There are many underlying factors that make up a quality environment. Some of these are discussed here with the aim of having an additional positive impact on the people developing the product and encouraging the quality management to identify similar factors in their projects.
