4.5. Tracking Quality throughout the Process
When the project team enacts the process, it follows the activities and tasks put together in a SEP and produces the UML-based deliverables. The quality techniques of walkthroughs, inspections, reviews, workshops, and so forth are applied as the process is enacted, ensuring the quality of the deliverables and guaranteeing that the necessary and sufficient aspects of the process-components have been fully enacted. Even if a process is successfully adopted, it is important for the project manager to enact it properly.
