Tracking Production

Introduction

Tracking animation is no easy task due to the sheer number and variety of elements that need to be coordinated. The tracking system should be an accurate and succinct overview illustrating the pace of production both on a macro and micro level. It should be created in tandem with the budget and schedule, enabling the producer to identify the status and cost of each element. Due dates create the project’s tracking framework and establish how much work has to be accomplished on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in order to complete the production on time.
