Being an Organized Producer

To be an organized producer means being an organized individual. If you can’t keep your own work moving and structured, how are you going to do it for an entire project?

An organized producer should always know what stage each aspect of the project is in at any given time, know if there are any delays, and be able to regurgitate any information needed about the game at a moment’s notice.

The first step in being organized is to be able to take inventory of the projects, tasks and prioritize them by importance and time. Keep everything in one place, don’t have it scattered across numerous locations, spreadsheets, and files. Keep your notes and files completely organized.
