Reviews and Approvals
It is inevitable that throughout each stage of game development all of the work has to be reviewed and approved, from the publisher reviewing the developer’s tech to each game asset needing approval from the team leads, dev producer, publishing team, and stakeholders.
Why do you need reviews and approvals? They are an important communication to the state of the project, and allow all invested parties to confirm the consistency and quality in the development progress and provide direction through feedback.
