What You Hope to Achieve at Concept

While there are several creative voices in a game’s production, as a producer it’ll be up to you to guide and direct this newborn vision of a game. You’ll be charged with running the meetings, identifying the ideas and tools that will spawn ideas for the game, working the ideas into a cohesive and single vision, and presenting them in a fullconcept document, which will later serve as your mission statement for the game.

Some steps to take while creating the project vision:

  • Brainstorm—Allow the flow of ideas to come from anyone and document them.
