11.1 Introduction

One of the decision-making scenarios given in the early chapters was related to John and his job as the product manager for a mid-size Telco company called SIP Inc. His key challenge is how to select the right features. Providing features never to be used is as business critical as missing features being expected by the majority of the customers.
