Delivery

The delivery of a film is the end of the production process and is a key date as far as a producer is concerned. It is also a key date for the production manager as it indicates the time by which all the business of the production should be complete.

With the delivery most of the remaining crew who are still employed, usually the freelance editorial and production staff, will be given their finishing dates and will, hopefully find further work on other productions.
