Hazard 11: Cranes, Hoists, Lifts and Access Platforms
The BBC has been charged over the death of a father of two. Electrician David Coles plunged 130ft when a gantry toppled during the filming of Casualty. Mr Coles died in hospital of multiple injuries. The BBC and equipment company Butler Powered Access were accused of failing to ensure his safety.
