Chapter 2. BizTalk Architecture
In this chapter we'll cover the architecture of BizTalk Server, which we will refer back to as the book progresses. The chapter is meant to set the scene for the rest of the book and not to explore every nook and cranny of the architecture, which would take a book in itself.
We cover each main functional area of BizTalk later in the book, but instead of explaining the basics we discuss how that functionality works and how it should be used within your project.
