In Chapter 1, we introduced the basics of Professional Coaching and suggested getting a sense of its full depth by familiarizing yourself with the ICF’s assessment markers or the IAC’s Coaching Masteries, or both. Additionally, we pointed you to Appendix B, which contains lists of behaviors to do and avoid, as a companion to the skills and techniques we cover in the book.
