Introduction
Despite being accepted many years ago to the Rhode Island School of Design, I never went to art school. Instead, I went to film school for two years in the mid-70s when all I wanted to do at the time was make movies. Afterward, I worked on and off as a post-production supervisor and producer for more than ten years, mostly on a string of unsuccessful TV pilots and series.
Although the TV business provided me with a better than average income, I eventually left the industry when I realized that much of my adult life might be remembered only by the show I had worked on at the time.
