Just as any SmartShape symbol in Visio has a ShapeSheet, so too does the page itself have its own ShapeSheet. Remember that all of these things (SmartShape symbols, pages, documents, and so on) are objects, and the ShapeSheet is effectively the interface to the object's properties, methods, and events.
