The Visio Page's ShapeSheet

Just as any SmartShape symbol in Visio has a ShapeSheet, so too does the page itself have its own ShapeSheet. Remember that all of these things (SmartShape symbols, pages, documents, and so on) are objects, and the ShapeSheet is effectively the interface to the object's properties, methods, and events.

Whereas the SmartShape symbol has a Shape Transform section in its ShapeSheet, the Page's ShapeSheet contains a Page Properties section. This section controls numerous aspects of the page's visual and performance characteristics. Under Visio 5.0, this Section contains eight cells. They are

  • PageWidth

  • PageHeight

  • PageScale

  • DrawingScale

  • ShadowOffsetX

  • ShadowOffsetY

  • DrawingSizeType

  • DrawingScaleType
