10 EQUALITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

10.1 INTRODUCTION

Equality, diversity and inclusion are about creating a more equal society that represents the diversity found in the citizens of a country, and about including and welcoming a variety of views and experience. Together, they address issues relating to discrimination, bullying and harassment. Some of this is underpinned by legislation and some of it is good practice.
