It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Other Side of the Tracks is the short manga story that serves as an example in this book. It’s written and drawn by its co-creators, Steve Horton and Jeong Mo Yang.
Other Side stars two young soldiers, Keil and Jeyne, who pilot a pair of beat-up mecha. Keil and Jeyne approach the war they’re fighting in from completely different points of view: Jeyne enlisted, but Keil was drafted. As the story opens, Keil and Jeyne are backed up to the edge of a cliff, surrounded by enemies!
Other Side is part of a larger war story and its creators plan to develop it further in other venues, following the publication of this book.
