There are few main types of storyboards with different techniques required for each one. If you understand the fundamentals of visual storytelling you can apply these skills to any type of storyboarding challenge. The main differences will be the technical requirements of each storyboard type. Each type of storyboard will require strong drawing skills and a thorough understanding of the cinema language.
