One of the unique benefits of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is that your users can use Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook with Offline Access to work with customer data while they are disconnected from the server. This feature can come in handy if your users need to work someplace without an Internet connection, such as on an airplane, at a trade show, or onsite at a customer’s office.
