Macro Environment Analysis
2.1 Introduction
To start our analysis of moving Jimmy John’s to Canada, we wanted to conduct a macroenvironment analysis to determine whether Canada would be a good country to internationalize to. Data is presented and analyzed using the PEST (political, economic, social, technological) model presented in Figure F.1.1
