Identifying Problems and Assessing Situations
The decision analysis process involves a number of participants. Among them are decision-makers, decision committees or review boards, subject matter experts, and decision analysts. Assessing a business situation involves collecting and analyzing data relevant to the decision. A variety of tools are available to help identify problems and assess business situations.
