The expectation that project managers and their organizations work to complete projects successfully also contains within it a joint expectation that their behavior will be ethically-minded. In other words, well-educated and responsible project managers and their teams need to possess the knowledge to understand not only difficult technical and managerial issues as they relate to the project, they must also be able to discern and respond to ethical issues in their work.
